When pulling a package from CPAN and the package ends in ::Perl (odd,
but there is at least one -- Net::SSH::Perl) it doesn't add the -perl to
the end of the package. It produced libnet-ssh-perl-1.25 instead of
libnet-ssh-perl-perl-1.25. It turns out that in this case Net::SSH is a
totally different package. Net::SSH::Perl is a pure perl implementation
and Net::SSH is just a wrapper around the cmd line stuff.
