the new [ disk mysql network ..] links in the root page doesn't work too
well in most browsers, as they tend to jump to the anchor *before* the
images have been rendered, leaving you hanging in some arbitrary location
on the graph page.
making munin put in width and height parameters in the img tags would
solve this..

Width and height attributes for the graphs were added in 1.1.4, but
something seems to have prevented munin-html from calculating the
dimensions.
The submitter confirms that this is fixed in 1.2.2, som I'm colsing this
bug.
