I tried to apply the patch to the 2.4.22, but I can't see any changes
when I do 'make menuconfig' (I don't see enbd under block devices). I
also can't locate drivers/block/enbd.c in the kernel-source.

kernel-patch-enbd has been removed from Debian because it is no longer
developed upstream and because it doesn't build.
