Readcd prints makefile system warning to stdout, thus rendering any disk
read with output set to stdout useless because the image has the said
warning prepended.

Example command:
readcd dev=/dev/cdrw sectors=0-70578 -f=- -silent > a.img

A.img contains the following text at the beginning:

Warning: This version of libscg has not been configured via the standard
autoconfiguration method of the Schily makefile system. There is a high risk
that the code is not configured correctly and for this reason will not
behave
as expected.
