Version: 2.5.1-1
Severity: important

Hi!

I have a very strange problem here after updating Plone to 2.5.1
(Debian). All content still exists in the ZMI, but I'm not able to view
or edit it. I get "Resource not found" errors that manage_workspace or
document_view methods are not accessible. However, I'm able to expand
subfolders in the ZMI, but clicking one folders brings up this error
message.

On example for "News" accessed through ZMI:

Yes, ZMI and view URLs are different. That's correct. ;-)

After replacing the product paths from the Debian package with the
upstream archive, everythings works fine. So I think that there must be
some Debian specific change that triggers this problem.

Thanks in advance,
  Alexander Nofftz

I finally managed to import your site and it works fine here: the ZMI
allows to browse through contents without any problem. The template gives
an error but deleting custom objects from skins/custom solves it so I
suppose it is just a problem introduced with customization.

I'm attaching the list of packages installed with version number (from
etch), maybe it could be useful. I'm closing the bug report: if you have more
details or you are able to reproduce it with a fresh install and with a new
plone site, feel free to re-open it or to file a new one.

Have a nice day,
