trying to start icedove by old name thunderbird (like eg from customized
menu) won't work without a symlink in icedove's lib dir
thunderbird-bin -> icedove-bin

In the meantime this is fixed in both sid and etch ... forgot to close
this duplicate in changelog. Doing so now.
