Anjuta has stopped being usable for any external commands. Autogenerate,
configure, make, build, build all and CVS diff on *any* of my dozen or
so previously working projects now causes an infinite loop. Anjuta
becomes unresponsive and 'top' reports anjuta using 99% CPU usage. The
same operations work perfectly in an external terminal but repeating the
command in the anjuta internal terminal window also causes the same
loop.
This is making anjuta into little more than a fancy editor.
