when opening several tabs and windows (and sometimes when opening the
very first window), the keyboard focus is lost.

sometimes the keyboard focus is left on the mozilla window PREVIOUSLY
accessed, even though the mouse focus is on the foremost window.

p.s. this one is a complete pain in the arse for useability! :)
