Package: xmlto
Version: 0.0.17-2
Severity: normal

Hi,

when I process my DocBook/XML 4.2 document to PDF I get.

$ xmlto pdf index.dbk

I/O error : Attempt to load network entity
http://www.oasis-open.org/docbook/xml/4.2/docbookx.dtd
/home/luca/dati/personale/Lavori/lpics/src/index.dbk:86: warning: failed
to load external entity

]>

  Making portrait pages on a4 paper (209.9028mm x 297.0389mm)

Then index.pdf is generated, but a line is displayed at the beginning of every
page showing:

--4pc--4pc

Is this related in any way with the error in loading the DTD?

I also tried xmllint before processing with xmlto, but that doesn't
help.

thanks

Luca
