Severity: normal
In Mozilla's preferences, under the category "Apperance" there is a set
of checkboxes headed "When Mozilla starts up, open", with a checkbox for
each of navigator, Composer, and Mail & Newsgroups. Whatever
combination of boxes is selected, when Mozilla is started, there is only
a Navigator window opened, and always a Navigator window opened.
