Package: tktable
Version: 2.9-1
Severity: normal
Package tktable (libtktable in unstable) is usable with different
version of tcl/tk packages.
Package tktable-dev (libtktable-dev) depends on particular version of
Tcl/Tk.
Developer of script-only application which uses tktable, typically don't
need tktable-dev package, which includes headers neccessary to access
tktable internal via C language.
However, documentation (man page, examples) is not included in the
tktable package and included into tktable-dev package only.
This is a problem for developers which have for some reason use tktable
with different version of Tcl than tktable-dev package was compiled
against.
I suggest either to move documentation into tktable package, or
create separate tktable-doc package which wouldn't depend on particular
tcl version.
