stage0/mkinitrd searches for libc-2.2.? when in fact
sid has libc-2.3.2 so i don't know if it's a correct thing
to do but i changed stage0/mkinitrd to reference libc2.?.?
and hey it can carry on...

pgi has been unmaintained for ages, got removed from Debian sarge/sid
in 2004 and only exists in woody which is now no longer supported.
