  Hello again !

  I did discover that the file export.h, which is included from all the files
in tilp/, is missing,
which renders the package quite unsable as is. Fortunately, it is included in
the source package,
where I could find it.

 Moerover, the headers are missing the C++ name mangling workaround, namely

#ifdef __cplusplus
extern "C" {
#endif

...

#ifdef __cplusplus
}
#endif

  which makes it a bit more painfull to use; I need to write

extern "C" {
#include ...
}

  Thanks for considering this second report !!
