Hi,
It seems apt-get and sbuild both have a problem getting the build
dependencies satisfied. Your build dependency looks has this in
it:
libreadline4-dev | libreadline-dev, ghc6 | ghc5
And ghc6 depends on libreadline5-dev.
It seems to have problems picking libreadline5-dev over
libreadline4-dev. I suggest you change it from libreadline4-dev
to libreadline5-dev.

* Other exposed libraries are provided as libghc-cvs-foo-dev by
ghc-cvs and libghc-cvs-foo-prof by ghc-cvs-prof.
* Remove xmlise-flags.sgml as upstream now ships flags.xml.
* Rejig how files are put in the right packages to follow upstream changes.
* Separate build target into build and install.
* No longer allow ghc5 to be used for building as it is no longer
supported.
* Handle /usr/bin/ghc-cvs et al. and the alternatives without the
-cvs suffix better.
* Add a /usr/bin/runhaskell alternative, priority 0.
* Build-dep prefers libreadline5-dev rather than libreadline4-dev.

glibc/gcc to work, supported by different changes in ghc. See #274942.
