Every other program on my desktop manages to start up without bringing
itself to the foreground. mozilla is the only application that insists
on becoming the foreground window when it starts up - even if I try to
make Sawfish ignore its requests to raise itself.
This is mildly annoying, as I would like to be able to start up mozilla
on another virtual desktop when I log in, without it becoming the
currently selected window.
Since every other program on my desktop manages to start up quietly in
the background, I believe this is a bug in mozilla.
