mozilla-browser and mozilla-mailnews are displaying incorrect tooltips
in some situations.
To reproduce this do the following (tooltips must be turned on):
1) Hover the mouse over a main button in the top toolbar for long enough
to get the tooltip to show (eg use the "reply" button in -mailnews).
2) Now click on a button in a way that produces a list of options (eg the "get
messages" button in -mailnews - click on the down-arrow to get the
options for getting messages from a particular account).
3) Move to one of the options, and hover over it for long enough to get
the tooltip (eg the option Get All New Messages).
The tooltip thus displayed will be the tooltip for the main button you
first hovered over. In the given example, it appears that the tooltip for "Get
All New Messages" is "Reply to the message". I guess that mozilla isn't
clearing its memory of the old tooltip in order to display the new tooltip.
I have the same behaviour happening in mozilla-browser as well. It could
potentially mislead a user into thinking that the menu option chosen was going
to do what the tooltip it is displaying says.
