When I try to start skkserv, I get the following error message:
$ sudo /etc/init.d/skkserv restart
No /usr/sbin/skkserv found running; none killed.
Starting /usr/sbin/skkserv...

This bug should not be in the skkserv package, and the latest
upgrading of your system seems not to cause the problem. So, I'm
closing this bug.
If you encounter a similar problem again, please submit a bug
report against the skkdic package (for SKK-JISYO) or the skkdic-cdb
package (for SKK-JISYO.cdb) with an output of the following commands.
$ dpkg -l dpkg
$ dpkg -l skkdic
$ ls -l /usr/share/skk/SKK-JISYO.L
$ ls -l /etc/alternatives/SKK-JISYO
$ ls -l /usr/share/skk/SKK-JISYO
$ cat /var/lib/dpkg/alternatives/SKK-JISYO
