In aptitude with the german menu navigation is the
menu item "Aktionen"-->"Mark Upgradable" in English
and not in German.

These bugs have all been fixed for a while but, for whatever reason,
were not properly closed.
I think that, now, the only remaining "l10n" bugs are those that are
yet to be fixed.
