atokx (in contrib) has nearly no users according to popcon
It also has an RC bug (#331749) that's pretty impossible to fix: as the
package is an installer, fixing its dependencies requires having the
commercial software it installs, which is pretty impossible.
The package had no update in 2.5 years and there is a big chance that it is
even not suited for the current version of the software it supposedly
installs.
Therefore, I see no reason for keeping it in the archive.
