Package: cfengine
Version: 1.6.5-2
Severity: minor

Hi,

The man page for cfengine refers to http://www.iu.hioslo.no/cfengine
for more information. This site seems to no longer exist. Perhaps
the man page should refer to http://www.cfengine.org instead.

Cheers!

Sorry that we haven't answered your email until now.

The init-script for cfengine2 take care of all the daemons that is
interesting and users are able to decide which of them that will be
started in /etc/default/cfengine2 (cc to [EMAIL PROTECTED]).

After reading the documentation [1], this also seems to apply to
cfengine2.

Thisone needs more investigation so I'm reassigning.

Thisone needs more investigation so I'm reassigning.

You closed this already.

Reassigning to emacs-goodies-el as this is where the cfengine.el
lives.

You closed this already.

This is a cfengine-only bug. In cfengine2 the binaries are installed
in /usr/sbin per default (cc to [EMAIL PROTECTED]).

You closed this already.

This is also a cfengine-only bug (cc to [EMAIL PROTECTED]).

This bug is basically the same as #338345 and also a cfengine-only bug
(cc to [EMAIL PROTECTED]).

> 369609: minor: cfengine: Man page has stale URL for more information

The manpage in the cfengine2 package has correct URL
(http://www.cfengine.org), so cc to [EMAIL PROTECTED]

> 364645: normal: doc-base files point to wrong locations

The files in /usr/share/doc-base/ isn't part of the cfengine2-doc
package (cc to [EMAIL PROTECTED]).
