Package: libgtk2.0-0
Version: 2.8.9-2
Severity: normal

[This is actually a resend. Seems like the original report I've sent
before my Christmas holidays got eaten by some Debian machine because
of the attached screenshot :-( ]

After upgrading to 2.8.9-2 Nautilus has severe problems painting the
desktop on my powerpc machine (x86 is fine). The symptoms seem to be
random: sometimes it just seems to offset everything it draws upwards
by a few pixel, sometimes the display is totally garbled..

Downgrading to 2.6.10-2 fixes the problem.

I've put a screenshot at http://blog.blackdown.de/static/debian/bug.jpeg

Does this bug still happen with GTK+ version 2.8.20-5 (or later) on an
up to date Etch system?

i don't have an etch installation on ppc right now.
if nobody else reported the problem, it's probably fixed.

closing.
