Moving the mouse pointer into the system tray immediately pops up tooltips
for apps shown there, and often there's a fast pile-on of tooltips from
multiple apps.

Hi,
I've tested on my computer with version 3.5.6.dfsg.1-2 of kicker by
adding some applications to the kicker panel: knotes, kwallet, kgpg,
kmix, kpowersave... and I can't reproduce this bug: tooltips appears
slowly and are no longer piled on the system tray as you showed. I
guess this bug was solved in a previous version of kicker.
I'm closing this bug, feel free to reopen it if necessary.
