Powerbook/iBook users need "modprobe apm_emu" (which provide /proc/apm) for
using the builtin battery plugin. Please provide this information.
Another solution is this external plugin
http://pbbuttons.berlios.de/projects/gkrellm-pmu/index.html , but there is no
official debian package.
