I've rebuilt your guile-1.8 packages on my Ubuntu Edgy system, and none
of the packages include a NEWS file. Actually, now that I've looked for
the 1.8 NEWS file, I noticed that 1.6 doesn't have one either.
Please forgive me if this is not a bug in Debian. It looks to me like it
is, but maybe I've missed something.
