Various options are changed from mutt's default values in the
/etc/Muttrc file supplied with the Debian package, for example
use_domain and use_from, but the manual only gives the mutt defaults.
This causes considerable confusion because mutt doesn't behave as users
expect.
It would help if the documentation gave the Debian defaults as well, or
if the mutt defaults were used.
