Severity: normal
ftp.us.debian.org has 4 IP addresses. 3 of the machines work without
any problem, but 35.9.37.225 doesn't support FTP passive mode: I get
a timeout with
curl -O
ftp://35.9.37.225/debian/pool/main/libp/libpaper/libpaper_1.1.14-3.tar.gz
and according to a trace, the connection froze at:
229 Entering Extended Passive Mode (|||42146|)
Therefore I think that 35.9.37.225 should be removed from the list of
addresses for ftp.us.debian.org (or fixed, if possible).

ike.egr.msu.edu now supports EPSV, which will be useful for users that
don't use apt but curl :-)
