Hi,
when I plug my USB mp3 player to my computer, rhythmbox is launched. I
can see and play my music files stored on my mp3 player thanks to
rhythmbox but I cannot copy files from my computer to my mp3 player
through rhythmbox. I must use drag'n drop from rhythmbox to a nautilus
windows opened in my mp3 player.
Rhythmbox aims is to manage the audio library. It should be natural to
allow to load audio files from the PC library to the portable mp3
player.
Cheers,
Antoine

Hi,
This feature is added in 0.9.8, currently in the experimental archive.
From NEWS:
* support track transfer for "generic" audio players, and improve iPod
track transfer support, including transcoding (James Livingston)
