When using a totem to display a movie at fullscreen and quitting totem
directly from the fullscreen mode, when you restart totem the size of
the window is the size of the screen, but not in fullscreen mode. This
is annoying. The size should be :
1) the default size (logo size?) if totem is started without a given
file
2) the size that was use before the last fullscreen mode switch or the
size given movie file

The upstream bug about this was closed as unreproducible in 2.18, I'm
