2. Select a *.gz archive to open it in file-roller.
3. Doubleclick on txt file from gz archive.
4. Dialog pops up:
"Available apps: [empty list]"

At contrast step 3 will be successful so that txt viewer will be spawned when
file-roller was started from user console.
