Description : Utilities for handling IEEE 754 floating point special
values
This python module implements constants and functions for working with
IEEE754 double-precision special values. It provides constants for
Not-a-Number (NaN), Positive Infinity (PosInf), and Negative Infinity
(NegInf), as well as functions to test for these values.

The fpconst module is packaged within the python-soappy package at the
moment, which I have adopted with Ed Boraas' agreement. There're a few
reasons to package the small module as an extra package:
* It is useful on it's own
* there's no upstream development on python-soappy anymore, you're
supposed to use python-zsi instead - one less reason to install SOAPpy
to have fpconst
* fpconst is PEP 754 and will be included in a coming python release,
hopefully. It wouldn't make sense to ship python-soappy with a module
which is included in the standard modules
* I think Debian is the only distrib which does not ship a
python-fpconst package yet.
