in /usr/share/mime-info/gnome-vfs.mime should also apply for pps and
pot.
This is the way it does in /etc/mime.types (and I still don't understand
why those files are separate ones, in my mind,
/usr/share/mime-info/gnome-vfs.mime should only be a link to
/etc/mime.types, or GNOME should try to use the first and only add entries if
necessary).
