Subject: dovecot-imapd: PREAUTH mode on amd64 fails with: IMAP command failed:
Internal error occurred.
Package: dovecot-imapd
Version: 1:1.0.0-1+b1
Severity: important

dovecot fails when used in PREAUTH mode on amd64 machines with the following
error message:

IMAP command failed: Internal error occurred. Refer to server log for more
information. [2007-05-04 11:25:21]

There is no further information in syslog or mail.log. This was working fine
until the last update, so the problem must have been introduced by this
binary NMU:

dovecot (1:1.0.0-1+b1) unstable; urgency=low

  * Binary-only non-maintainer upload for amd64; no source changes.
  * Rebuild against libpq5
