The symbolic link /usr/share/roundcube/logs currently points to
/var/lib/roundcube/logs, which is "strange".
Please point it to /var/log/roundcube instead:
- include /var/log/roundcube in debian/dirs
- dh_link /var/log/roundcube to /usr/share/roundcube/logs
While you are at it, providing a logrotate config file for said location
would be a plus.
Nevertheless, thank you for maintaining roundcube :-)

Hi !
/var/lib/roundcube/logs is indeed a link to /var/log/roundcube.
The difference being that main repository for the application files
is /var/lib/roundcube and /usr/share/roundcube/logs link is shipped for
backward compatibility but should point to main repository.
Hence will not fix since finally /usr/share/roundcube/logs already points
to /var/log/roundcube
