Package: gnunet-daemon
Version: 0.7.1c-1
Severity: normal
when installing this on a machine with libgcrypt version 1.2.3-2 installed,
the postinst complained like this:
Setting up gnunet-daemon (0.7.1c-1) ...
Migrating previous GNUnet data (gnunet-update)
libgcrypt has not the expected version (version 1.2.4 is required).
/var/lib/dpkg/info/gnunet-daemon.postinst: line 21: 25872 Aborted
gnunet-update
apt-cache show gnunet-daemon says it depends on libgcrypt11 (>= 1.2.2)
Thanks

Hi,
first of all, gnunet was built against libgcrypt 1.2.4-2, that's why
you'll never get that error in sid which you claim to have got.
second, that the binary package reports only >= 1.2.2 is caused by the
fact, that libgcrypt11 package uses a local shlibs with '>= 1.2.2'.
or in other words, this is a non-issue, and therefore I'm closing this bug.
Regards,
Daniel
