When running 'file' on some mp3 files, I got the description:
"Audio file with ID3 version 23.0 tag, MP3 encoding"
I think that the version number 23.0 is wrong. It should
probably be 2.3 og 2.3.0.

this was fixed some time ago in upstreams 4.20 release, hence closing
