Package: sysklogd
Version: 1.4.1-10
Severity: wishlist

When I installed ipchains on Woody to deny all incoming packets,
I found that all packet DENY's were getting logged to the console.
I read and re-read the syslogd man page and tried a few different
versions of /etc/syslog.conf to no avail. I had to search on
Google to figure out the problem was with klogd, not syslogd. I
don't think you should need to search the web to find documentation
on this issue. Thanks!
