The components directory is for components, not random html. The file
should go into iceweasel/res or somewhere in the chrome.
Putting it in the res directory would make it available through a
resource:// url and putting it somewhere in the chrome would make it
available through a chrome:// url. That would avoid the hardcoding of
the file location in the TelnetProtocol.js component (it could also be
replaced to queries to the directory service)
Or even better, the component + the html should be all put in an
extension as all other iceweasel extensions.
