lukemftp has been renamed into tnftp years ago. Even if tnftp doesn't
seem to be maintained, I think lukemftp should be removed from the archive.
Can you please reassign this bug to ftp.debian.org if you agree?

This package has been removed from Debian unstable. I'm therefore
closing this bug report. The package has been removed because it
is obsolete (replaced by tnftp), and the maintainer was not
responsive.
