the cbs television channel makes reruns of some of its television shows
available online in an application that they call the "innertube"
(http://www.cbs.com/innertube/). the video itself is realplayer (if
the site is viewed on windows, you can see the realplayer application
spawn). within the mozilla-based browsers, using the totem-mozilla
plugin on debian, the audio on the site plays just fine, but the video
just isn't there.
thanks in advance for working on this issue. these video rerun sites
are becoming increasingly popular, and it would be a shame if they were
unavailable on gnu/linux because of technical, rather than
philosophical, problems with our applications.
