Package: libfreetype6
Version: 2.1.7-5
Severity: normal

FT_Glypth_To_Bitmap returns error code 10 on rendering a space character
(unicode codepoint 32) using FT_RENDER_MODE_MONO.

After communication with freetype developers, it turned out that the bug
is not present in the current CVS HEAD of freetype. It was introduced
after the recent "divide by zero" error in the security update was
fixed.

I have (if necessary) a program here, demonstrating the bug.

These bugs each appear to be fixed upstream in freetype version 2.3.5, which
is now in unstable.
