Hi,
ktorrent 2.2.0.dfsg.1-1 has survived here more than 30 minutes without
kdebase-kio-plugins installed. So probably this dependency is not necessary
now. If you still can reproduce this with 2.2.0.dfsg.1-1 or later, please
reopen this bug.
