Subject: adduser: should allow forcing a local login

My machine was NISed and adduser complained that the user already existed.
It would be very helpful to force the creation of a local user.
Cheers

All these bugs have been announced to be closed if no new information
or elements convincing us not to do so come up.
For some, the information came and said "you can close". For others,
nothing came....
So, I close them all.
