Hi,
me again. While a was at it. Nifti images converted with spm5 have information
about
Sequence, TR, TE, and FA in their header which I find very nice.
So for a B0 Image in a DTI-Sequence, I find: 3T 2D SE\EP
TR=5700ms/TE=95ms/FA=90deg in
the header.
Maybe that would be an option for dinifti too.
