I have two screens with Xinerama, using fluxbox to treat them as two
separate "heads". applications start on the "head" with the mouse
pointer. this worked fine for firefox 0.8, but 0.9.1 consistently
starts half on one and half on the other screen, i.e. always in the
middle of the combined desktop space.
i hope this can be fixed.
