Thank you for your bug report.
The problem you report is not reproducible with gnumeric 1.7.10 as packaged
in the "experimental" tree which is the current development release towards
the next stable release series of gnumeric. As the 1.6 series of gnumeric is
no longer being developed, I'm closing this report.
