Package: raidtools2
Version: 0.90.20010914-15; reported 2003-01-02
Severity: normal

When I tried to create /dev/md1 with mkraid, it said, that it already
existed, which wasn't definitely false.

yellow:/# mkraid /dev/md1
/dev/md1: active -- run raidstop
mkraid: aborted, see the syslog and /proc/mdstat for potential clues.

yellow:/# cat /proc/mdstat
Personalities : [raid1]
read_ahead 1024 sectors
md10 : active raid1 hda10[0]
      3421696 blocks [2/1] [U_]

md5 : active raid1 hda5[0]
     15735552 blocks [2/1] [U_]

md7 : active raid1 hda7[0]
     2931712 blocks [2/1] [U_]

unused devices: <none>

After raidstop /dev/md10, it worked fine. This seems to
be a problem similar to bug #68491, which already has
been resolved.
