Metar has a Build-Dependency on libcurl3-gnutls-dev. However, libcurl4
has been released. Also, libcurl4-dev is a package that does not depend
on any crypto library, so please Build-Depend on that package.

I don't know what kind of mess they made with curl, but libcurl4 isn't
anymore, libcurl3 is the latest version again.
