Package: libsane
Version: 1.0.18-5
Severity: normal

The scanner is detected by libusb and uses the
plustek driver. scanimage and xsane are able
to initiate a scan. The lamp stays on and
the head moves normally but the image produced
is always completely black.

Scanner is Umax Astra 3400.
