should work too: command should be executed by the equivalent of
execl("/bin/sh","sh","-c",command,NULL)
If you know window manager where
command="/bin/sh -c 'exec /usr/games/battleball $DISPLAY comp'"
work but not
command="battleball $DISPLAY comp"
please tell me.
