It would be nice for rectangular selection to have the interface that
the crop and resize tool does. It is very convinent to be able to
place the rectangle and then fine tune it as well as be able to
numerically fine tune it. I'm not sure if this means adding another
tool, or just adding a button on the crop tool to make it a selection
instead of crop function.
